Selective Interior Demolition & Licensed Asbestos AbatementLP-100
For General Contractors
Selective Demolition Scope — Priced Before Mobilization.
Demo is required either way. The variable is what the survey finds — and whether your bid accounts for it.
TX DSHS License #801291 · Fast. Compliant. Documented.
What Changes for You
- Two-scenario bid before mobilization. Clean path and regulated path. Survey determines which applies.
- No second mobilization. Licensed removal and selective demo execute under one contract.
- Scope adapts to regulatory triggers without blowing up schedule.
- Surveyors identify material. We translate it into operational impact.
Two-Scenario Bid Structure
Two-scenario bid structure (Clean vs Regulated) to stabilize cost and schedule before mobilization.
Every bid includes two scenarios. Scenario A — survey confirms no regulated ACM in the disturbance path; selective demolition proceeds under standard scope. Scenario B — survey identifies regulated material; licensed removal is sequenced ahead of or concurrent with selective demo under one contract. Demolition scope is evaluated against applicable federal and state requirements before pricing. If regulated quantities are confirmed, required work practices and notification procedures are incorporated into the scope. We work from the survey. Every time.
What You Receive
- Two-scenario pricing aligned to survey findings.
- Waste manifests, air monitoring records, clearance documentation, disposal records.
- Photo documentation structured for GC files and municipal inspection.
- Controlled handoff: clear, documented starting condition for reconstruction.
